The first stones of HAUTEUR LIBRE are based on the NATURAL COMPLEMENTARITY of the careers and the experiences of its three founders. It was born from their SHARED DESIRE to initiate an expert and entrepreneurial approach based on a community of HUMAN VALUES and a singular and open professional vision: LIBRE (free).
TANCRÈDE LE PICHON

Interior designer specialized in acoustics and lighting, Tancrède started his career at Service Techniques des Bâtiments, Fortifications et Travaux du Génie, before working two years for an architect in Shanghai. Upon his return from China, he overtook the technical management then the general management of a contractor, Quadrilatère, where he spent 13 years.
​
He has collaborated with various prestigious architect firms such as Franklin Azzi Architecture, RDAI, Studio Jean Nouvel, Jean-Paul Viguier Architecture, 2Portzamparc, Architecture Studio, PCA Stream or Saguez & Partners, with whom he actively participated in the creation and development of the Office Design activity (Workstyle).
Strongly convinced of the need to strengthen the client assistance, expertise and project management of workspace design environment, he co-founded Hauteur Libre.

JULIEN LAVIROTTE

Graduated from a Business School, he learned within construction companies where he familiarized himself with the services sector.
​
He joined Quadrilatère in 2009 and participated to Saguez Workstyle growth for 7 years, being now a commercial management specialist.He co-founded Hauteur Libre in 2017, specializing in the commercial management of fit-out projects.
​
He is consulted to check on his client's satisfaction by ensuring the quality of the provided services.

GUILLAUME AGEZ

After his interior design diploma and 4 years in a Parisian architecture agency, he joined Quadrilatère and took over for 12 years the creations for the tertiary sector, from organization sketches to field monitoring: program, space planning, development, details, procurement and bidding process, execution follow-up…
​
He has also participated in the development of the Commercial Real Estate activity of Saguez & Partners, since its creation in 2010.
He co-founded Hauteur Libre in 2017, in which he is responsible of the technical feasibility and the proper implementation of the project.
In addition to this architecture activity for the services sector, Guillaume holds a famous blog devoted to his automobile passion.
